Rates:

Gramma Elma's Bed & Breakfast rates are as follows:

• $79.00 for April-October per night.
• $69.00 for November-March per night.

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. $10 will be charged for each additional person or child over two years old. Rollaway beds can be made available

These prices do not include tax or gratuity.

A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required for a reservation.

Policies:

Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit prior to arrival. We accept Cash or Check

Cancellations:

There is a $25 fee for all cancellations.

As a small independently-owned inn, cancellations affect us dearly. A 14 day cancellation notice prior to 12:00 noon on day of arrival is required or you are obligated to pay the full charge of the reservation unless we can re-rent the room. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for holidays.

All our facilities are non-smoking.Smoking is permitted on the deck and garden areas only.

Gift Certificates available and other special requests are available.

Reserve early on weekends and holidays.

Check-in time: 3:00-5pm.

Check out time: 11:00 am.
